Privacy Policy

Tailory never sees your data. Your resume stays on your device.

What we collect

Nothing. Tailory does not collect any personal data. There are no analytics, no tracking cookies, no form submissions, and no logging of any kind. We have no user accounts and no database.

How your data is stored

When you edit your resume in Tailory, the data is saved to your browser's IndexedDB — a local storage mechanism built into every modern browser. This storage:

  • Lives entirely on your device. It never leaves your browser.
  • Persists across browser sessions until you clear your browser data.
  • Is only accessible to the Tailory page — other sites cannot read it.
  • Can be deleted at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Third-party services

Tailory uses two external services:

Google Fonts

The Lora, DM Sans, and Roboto typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts on page load. Google may log this request per their own privacy policy. If this concerns you, you can self-host Tailory and serve the fonts locally.

GitHub Pages / Vercel

Tailory's static files are hosted on a static hosting platform. The host may log standard HTTP request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp) as part of normal server operation. No resume content is ever transmitted.
